Physicians

Accreditation: The University of Florida College of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Credit: The University of Florida College of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 12.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Nurses and Respiratory Therapists

Suwannee River Area Health Education Center, Inc. is a Florida Board of Nursing and Respiratory Therapy approved provider of continuing education. CE Broker Provider ID #50-1922. This program meets the requirements for up to 12.5 contact hours.

Nurse practitioners may participate in this educational activity and earn a certificate of completion, as AANP accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ through its reciprocity agreements. The National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ from organizations accredited by the ACCME.
